Battery:  Two or more cells that are electrically connected and equipped with devices necessary for use, such as housing, terminals, marking, and protective devices.

Cell:  A single sleeve with 1 positive and 1 negative electrode that provides a voltage difference across the two poles.

Button cell:  A small cell or battery where the height is less than the diameter.
